Fabulous views over the Chamonix and Vallorcine valleys. Wonderful panorama
of Mont Blanc and of Le Tour Glacier, Le Buet and Les Perrons in particular.
A TMB itinerary.
Near the bridge on the right bank of the river Arve, follow the path up the hill.
When you come to a junction, take the right-hand fork into the forest which soon
thins out. Above La Tete de la Jorette, the path winds upwards until it reaches
the Pierre-Fendue junction (1,950 m). From here, follow the path to the right past
the snow fences and the disused slate quarries to the ridge, which will lead
you to the top of L’Aiguillette.
